Dakota County Community Transition Interagency Committee (CTIC) - assisting youth with disabilities transition into adulthood.

Help Me Grow-Dakota County  - supporting eligible infants, toddlers and preschoolers with developmental delays. 

Learning Disability Association of Minnesota - helping children, youth and adults with learning and attention difficulties.

Minnesota Department of Education Special Education - guiding parents and educators through the special education process.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) - working to improve the lives of children and adults with mental illnesses and their families.

PACER Center -  providing support and advocacy for children with disabilities and their families.

Procedural Safeguards Notice (Multiple Languages) - provided to the parents of a child with a disability under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) at least one time a school year.
