Two Rivers Fall Athletics and Activities Recap:
We’ve said it many times this year, but it’s a great time to be a Warrior. The fall season for athletics and activities just wrapped up, and what a season our 436 high school fall student-athletes and 109 high school fall activity participants had!
Girls tennis graduated 11 seniors this year, every single varsity member lettered, and the team received the highest academic honors. Girls’ soccer ended their season placing second in sections, and girls’ volleyball ended their season placing second in sections (and Head Coach Katie Naughton was named Section 3AAA Coach of the Year!).
The cross-country teams were section champions with the boys placing first and the girls placing second in sections. The football team placed second in sections, and the girls’ swim and dive placed fourth in section with three state qualifiers. The debate team had 18 varsity letter award winners, and the bowling club finished as one of the top 40 teams in the state after the section meet!
Finally, the drama club just successfully wrapped up their fall play, Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death. Please help us in congratulating all of our fall season participants, coaches, and staff members who made such a fun and successful season possible!
Have you ever attended a Two Rivers High School home game or event and experienced the talent and dynamic energy of our Pep Band? We want to give a special shout out to the Two Rivers Pep Band and its 70 high school band student-members for bringing the school and community spirit to every game!
