At Two Rivers High School, students don’t just participate—they thrive. With over 50 clubs and a full lineup of fall, winter, and spring sports, there’s something for everyone. As proud members of the Minnesota State High School League and Metro East Conference, our Warriors compete in outstanding facilities including Warrior Field, a state-of-the-art Aquatics Center, four gymnasiums plus a separate weight training room, and more. Whether you're into robotics, debate, or service clubs like KEY CLUB and Tech Warriors—this is the place to get involved and shine.

Warrior Summer Strength Registration Now Open!

Warrior Summer Strength registration is now open here on Edutrak for student-athletes entering grades 6-12 in the 2025-2026 school year. Two Rivers coaches will incorporate proper warm-up principles, weight training, speed and agility training, and more. Sessions run Monday through Thursday, from June 9 through July 31 at the high school. The middle school session is at 10-11:30 a.m. Please note current eighth-grade student-athletes should register with the designated session for their sport, not a middle school session. Important Updates for the Fall 2025 Season

June 1: Registration for TRAA football opens - see update below

June 16: Registration opens for free high school sports physicals through TCO - see details below

July 1: Application for Educational Benefits opens (formerly called Free and Reduced Lunch)

July 1: Registration for both middle school and high school fall sports opens

August 11: Fall high school season officially begins

September: Practices for middle school sports begins first week of school

Girls Tennis will now be offered through Two Rivers High School, and there will not be a middle school team for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note the fall high school season begins on August 11, 2025 and seventh and eighth graders do need to be fully registered with a sports physical on file at the high school in order to try out or participate. Registration opens July 1, 2025 on Edutrak.

Boys Tackle Football
There will not be a middle school tackle football team for the 2025–2026 school year. However, the Two Rivers football staff encourages middle school students to join (TRAA) Two Rivers Athletic Association Football Program, as its training aligns with the high school system—registration opens June 1—check TRAA website for more details and contact information. If you have questions about high school football or miss the registration date for TRAA, please contact Coach Bruce Carpenter.

Free High School Sports Physicals
TCO will again offer free high school sports physicals at 10 metro area TCO locations. Registration opens June 16 — visit TCO’s website to sign up.

Middle School Practices begin the first week of school in September—visit the middle school webpage for details.
