District facilities are available to community members and organizations. The Community Education office serves as the operations and service center for all community use of facilities, including scheduling, billing, and building supervision. 

A facility permit is required to use district facilities. The initial step in the process is the completion of the online facility use request. The form must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. A $20 permit application fee is required for all requests.

District 197 assigns personnel to prepare rental spaces and monitor users. Due to staffing shortages if District 197 cannot fill a rental shift the rental will be canceled.  You will be notified of this decision 72 business hours prior to your rental by email.
