- Offering optional 90-day check-ins for new BIPOC staff members

Join our SAC Team! Earn $500 Signing Incentive and Free Childcare!
Are you looking for a fun, flexible and rewarding job?
Join our SAC (School Age Care) team! SAC programs offer childcare after the school day that creates a safe, warm environment where children feel secure and respected. We have positions available at all School District 197 elementary schools with flexible hours between 2pm to 6pm and flexible days Monday through Friday. Earn up to $17.92 an hour based on qualifying stipend, and enjoy having evenings and weekends off.
NEW! Free childcare (up to two children) to employees while they are working, some conditions apply.
PLUS: All new School District 197 SAC employees will be eligible to earn a $500 signing incentive for working the 2022-2023 school year if they meet the following criteria:
- Employee is in good standing with the district.
- Employee is employed consecutively (without leave of absence) through Oct. 1st, 2023. Summer work is not required.
- Employee is hired into a new or additional position of 12 hours or more per week.
