Semester 2 Change Forms

Families who would like to CHANGE their student’s learning option for Semester 2 (January 27-June 9) can now do so by completing an online change form (below). The form will be open Monday, November 30 through Friday, December 11.

In August, families were asked to select a learning option for their student(s) for Semester 1, which ends January 22. The options are:

  • Option #1: This is the format based on local data, which may include in-person, hybrid, or distance learning and may vary over the course of the semester.
  • Option #2: This is the format that provides full-time distance learning with NO in-person learning.

A link to the forms (each school has its own form) has also been sent out to all families via email as well as via links on Facebook and Instagram.

Important Note: This form is ONLY for families who want to make a change to their student’s option for Semester 2. If you want to keep your student(s) in their current option, you do not need to complete the form.

As with Semester 1, the decision to select Option #2 will be a commitment for the full semester and students who are in Option #2 will remain in full-time distance learning for the remainder of the school year. If you select Option #1, there is always an option to move to full-time distance learning.
