Thrive With Us Scholarship for Staff and Students
School District 197 is thrilled to continue our Thrive With Us scholarship program in partnership with Metropolitan State University and the University of Minnesota! Now in its third year, this program offers scholarships to support Two Rivers seniors and employees in pursuing their teaching licenses.
Scholarships Available:
To be eligible, you must either be a current employee or a Two Rivers High School senior. After graduation, scholarship recipients must return to School District 197 to teach for three years. View job description here.
Staff
We’re offering two specialized scholarship tracks for staff:
- The General Education Scholarship is open to staff and will focus on urban education.
- The Special Education Scholarship is open to only staff and will focus on special education at all levels (preschool, elementary, secondary, and transition).
- The General Education Scholarship is open to Two Rivers senior students of color and will focus on urban education.
