Jodie Belknap
Site Supervisor - PM
| jodie.belknap@isd197.org

I am Jodie Belknap and have been with the SAC program for 27 years, serving at every district site. I am the site supervisor at GEMS where we strive to develop and deliver a safe and fun program where children can explore their interests. I have worked with children since I was in high school in a myriad of capacities. I find children fascinating and a joy to work with. I have come to realize that they teach me as much, if not more, than I think I can ever teach them! Every year I am grateful for the gifts they have brought to my life. Thank you to all the families that entrusted their children to our care.

Daniel Pinedo
Site Supervisor - AM/Special Ed. - PM
| daniel.pinedo@isd197.org

I have been a part of the Garlough SAC team for several years! I'm a former West St. Paul resident and ISD 197 student, returning to give back to the district and community I grew up in! I'm an MSU Mankato graduate, studied three majors which include elementary education! Outside of teaching, I am a musician specializing in performing in guitar, bass and drums, audio recording/production, guitar luthier and effect pedal building. In my spare time I am a pro wrestling fanatic, hobby collector of vintage toys and clothing, motorcycle enthusiast and film photographer.

| christopher.bolchen@isd197.org

Hi. I am Chris Bolchen and I am the Inclusion Manager for District 197's SAC program. I have worked in the district since 2014 and have served in the roles of site supervisor at Mendota Elementary and also as a school year and summer special education paraprofessional. Before coming to SAC I was a language arts teach for nine years in Minneapolis and St. Paul.  As an educator and parent I am passionate about meeting the needs of children of all abilities and helping to provide a safe, equitable and engaging environment for them to be part of during our before and after school and summer programs.  In my spare time I enjoy being with family, being outdoors, biking, hiking and canoeing. I love music, campfires, good food and my many pets.

Hi. I'm Mark Krey and I've been with School District 197 for 30 years and have been working with the SAC program for 20! My children are adults now and I have two grandchildren. I like to workout, ride mountain bike, dirt bike and snowmobile. What I love about SAC is that we get to work with the students in a non-academic environment. I look forward to meeting you soon!
