Martin Luther King Jr. Day Morning of Service

To celebrate and honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Two Rivers High School student-members of Key Club and Letters of Love, along with staff and community members, spent the morning giving back. Volunteers made tie blankets and dog toys for local shelters, and assembled test kits for Be The Match.

Special thanks to Two Rivers students and Key Club committee chairs Kendyl, JaeLynn and LaRae for coordinating the volunteer event and presentation on Dr. King. JaeLynn shares, “We hope that this can be a recurring event every year because MLK Day should be a day we can make an impact—big or small—to help our community, just as Dr. King did.”
