Brianna Cannon: Youth of the Year

We’re thrilled to announce that Two Rivers senior, Brianna Cannon, was named Youth of the Year by the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities (BGCTC) at their annual celebration on January 29, 2025! Chosen from a competitive pool of candidates, Brianna was recognized for her resilience and unwavering dedication to empowering others.

Brianna will advance to the Minnesota Youth of the Year competition on March 19. If she wins at the state level, she will go on to compete for the Midwest Region Youth of the Year title. We couldn’t be more proud of all that Brianna has achieved, and we’re excited to continue supporting her as she moves forward in the competition.

Passionate about mental health advocacy, Brianna aspires to support and uplift others. This fall, she plans to attend Augsburg University to pursue a degree in education.
