
Warrior Care at Two Rivers High School

Warrior Care is a school-based health center (SBHC), operated in partnership with Riverland Community Health, that provides primary care right inside Two Rivers High School so students and staff can get the care they need without leaving campus.
What’s a school-based health center?
A health clinic in a school that provides accessible, age-appropriate physical and mental health services, delivered by licensed medical professionals in coordination with the school.
What Students and Families Can Expect
- Health services provided by licensed medical professionals from Riverland Community Health Clinic
- Services provided regardless of insurance status
- Parent/caregiver consent required for most services (see Consent section below)

Clinic Location and Hours
Warrior Care is located inside the Health Office at Two Rivers High School. It will be open, starting on October 20, during the following times and days:
- Mondays and Tuesdays, 8am-12pm
- Thursdays, 12:30pm-4:30pm
Warrior Care will serve Two Rivers students and staff for the 2025-26 school year.

- Well-teen check-ups
- Sport physicals
- Cough / cold symptoms (strep throat, flu, COVID, mono testing available on site)
- Immunizations*
- Asthma management
- Allergy symptom management
- Urinary infection
- Minor injury management
- Dermatologic condition treatment
- Sexual health screening and counseling
- Mental health / substance use screening and counseling
- Nutrition counseling and weight management
*Immunizations provided per eligibility and stock; ask when scheduling.

Students and staff can book appointments by calling or completing the online pre-registration form. Same-day walk-ins are welcome as availability allows, though calling ahead is recommended.

Interests: I enjoy spending my time strength training, cycling, hiking, being in nature, travel, and exploring new food, music, and art.

Whitney Kinsey
Interests: I’m a huge reader; I like a bit of everything from fantasy to nonfiction. I also love to be outdoors; you can find me skiing in the winter and running and hiking in the summer. I also love to travel and explore new places and cultures.
